Refund Policy

All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults or manufacturing defects before being dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you have received an item that is not delivered adequately or does not meet its description.

Products in original unwashed condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase being that it is in original packaging, unused and has not been damaged. Due to sanitary issues items that have been washed and/or used will not be refunded. We encourage you to reach out to us before returning your order in this condition to reach a resolution - If after washing your item appears defective please contact us and we will work with you.

Products in original unwashed condition can be returned for full or partial refund or exchange within 30 days of the Date of Purchase, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, and has not been damaged or rendered unsaleable. Please
note that we will not be obliged to process any refund or issue any exchanges under this Policy until we receive the products in question.

If in any instance the item you received is not correct we will process a return label at our cost – if the item is correct and return is considered discretionary the customer will pay the return shipping. We are at liberty to reduce the refund amount if we believe the item received at our facility is not in adequate condition or if this return was discretionary.

We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for returns that have been lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that customers return products byways allowing tracking and ensuring of their return. The package should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method like UPS, FedEx, USPS or other delivery services.
