How we ship:

We provide shipping via FedEx or USPS depending on your location. The carriers we use are carefully selected to offer you the best service and reliability. If you have experienced any issues with your shipment, please feel free to contact us, and we will solve any delays or problems as soon as possible. 

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S territories are delivered by USPS with an additional charge of $10 dependent on the weight. Some heavy/oversized packages cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous United States.

We have made our return policy simple and easy to understand! 

Although we perform a thorough quality check before shipping anything out, we understand that mistakes happen! If you have received an item that is not delivered in acceptable conditions please contact us as soon as possible. 

Products in unwashed condition and original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Due to sanitary concerns, items that have been washed or used will not be refunded. We encourage you to reach out to us before returning an item in this condition.
